What is Super Foamer?

Super Foamer is a vegan foaming agent that replaces egg white in cocktails made exclusively from plant-based ingredients and is completely vegan.

Main Ingredients:

Food-Grade Methylcellulose

It is the main ingredient that gives the product its foaming properties which is derived from natural plant fibers such as wood pulp or cotton.

Xanthan Gun

Acts as a stabilizer and maintain the product's consistency and stability. Is produced through microbial fermentation of renewable carbohydrate sources.

Arabic Gum

It provides texture and mouthfeel similar to that of egg white. It is a product harvested from tree's.

Water

To ensure the highest quality, we use filtered water that we process and filter twice ourselves before production.

It lasts for 30 days refrigerated and can be frozen to last indefenitly. Also lasts lasts for 30 days after thawed.

We recommend using 20-25ml. Then just shake and then dry-shake. You can use a milk throtter for better results.
