Refund Policy

Return Policy

You have the option to return your order within 7 days of receiving it. If more than 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging (unopened box).

Shipping your return

To return your order, please contact us at the following email address: info@superjuices.ch. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method.
